Crossing the 180 is “the filmmakers’ podcast that breaks the rules.” It’s a personal conversation about craft and culture with filmmakers and other professional creatives in the visual arts. Host and producer Ron Dawson brings nearly 20 years of interview, writing, and storytelling experience to engage in fun, informative, and sometimes provocative dialog with artists doing amazing work.
The show had an original run from 2010 to 2013. In 2020, Ron started it up again as part of Pro Video Coalition’s Art of the Frame podcast series (the other shows on the feed include Editors on Editing and Frame of Reference).
